HMSB was established in 2000 by three enterprising visionaries, So See You, So Ah Ann and So Ah Soon with its primary activities being in property development. With a keen eye for potentially viable properties, the Company has made some good property acquisition in the Klang Valley, the development of which will contribute to the Company future earnings. Properties developed by HMSB are in accordance with the current market value and are in the class of its own. All the project been developed and on-going one gave the reputation of being the best and efficiency even to the smallest details which monies and investments by buyers are worthwhile. Currently, the Company owns more than 50 acres of land bank that is earmarked for development.

  Mr So Ah Ann, 46 years old, who is the Managing Director, was appointed to the Board in year 2004. A builder by profession, he has been responsible for the transformation of the family business from construction company into a property development company. His wide experience in building and construction has enable him to lead the various departments for the Company. Passionate and articulate, So Ah Ann sees the future of exciting possibilities for HMSB following its enormous success in the projects undertaken by the Company thus far.

  Our Executive Director and also the founder of See You Construction Works (HSBB's in-house construction arm) had a humble beginning as a Mason Sub-Contractor in year 1960. In year 1984, he began his career in the building and general construction in a small way. He has since successfully established building construction projects undertaken range from small to large scale. Today, spanning over more that 50 years, he has gained extensive experience in the property construction as well as property development through his involvement in the industry. With his vast experience and enthusiasm, he nurtured HMSB into another successfully property development company within his group. His dedication, commitment and long term involvement in the property division has provided him with a distinctive view point of the industry.

• SO AH SOON

  Mr So Ah Soon, the youngest in the family is the Project Director of HMSB. He has more than 10 years experience in building and construction industry. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of project sites. So Ah Soon takes a keen interest in every project within the portfolio and is determined to lead the Company with confidence and vigor.

HMSB has an authorized and paid up capital of RM 750,000.00 and RM 250,000.00 respectively. The total land banks of HMSB have since increased from few acres in financial year 2002 to more than 50 acres at this juncture.

With the financial assistance and operational support from SYCW, our associated company, we are expected to handle more and bigger property development schemes in the near future. HMSB is supported by our in house construction arm i.e. SYCW, it has a track record of more than 20 years’ experience in construction industry.
